For UAE Orders:

CARD PAYMENTS:

We do not offer refunds for card payments. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

  • Online purchases: Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • In-store purchases: Requests must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

TABBY PAYMENTS:

We do not offer refunds for Tabby Payments. For Tabby orders, you will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges.

Please note, Shipping Fees will not be refunded.

Cash Payments (COD):

We do not offer refunds for Cash Payments (COD). For Cash On Delivery orders, you will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges.

NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

SALE ITEMS OR COUPON DISCOUNT:

All Black Friday and Clearance Purchases are Final sale.No Returns, exchanges Or credit note .

Regular Sale items are eligible for exchange and store credits exclusively in-store.

If a customer wishes to exchange an item purchased using the 10% first-order discount or 15% iCart discount, the discount will not be applied to the exchanged item. The customer will be required to pay the full price for the replacement item.

Complimentary gifts offered with qualifying orders are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and cannot be replaced.

OUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY:

We do not accept returns on Accessories, Swimwear, Water Bottle for sanitary reasons.

Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by us.

For International orders, item(s) must be returned within 7 days of date shown on the dispatch note.

International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to exchange, kindly send us an email to Hello@cleioandco.com and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions.

If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY:

For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.

Items must be unworn, unwashed & with all tags & original packaging.

If you have received an item which you think maybe faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.

We provide free collection for the first return or exchange. From second collection onwards, a fee of AED20 is applicable.

For International orders, unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. So if you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Exchange of the product

If you wish to exchange a product, please note that shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. For worldwide customers, there will be a charge of 60 AED or 15 USD. However, UAE customers can exchange products free of charge.

To proceed with an exchange, we will send you a payment link. Once payment is received, we will process the exchange for you.
